Capri Gastro GmbH is looking for dedicated bar and service staff as well as cooks for our traditional Italian restaurant in the heart of Hamburg, who want to enrich our team. Become part of a house that has stood for Italian hospitality and culinary enjoyment since 1969!

Bar and Service Staff (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and providing individual advice to our guests
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Preparing drinks and supporting the bar team
  • Ensuring smooth service operations
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP
  • Identifying needs and closely working with the management
Your Profile:
  • Ideally, experience in the hospitality industry (not a must)
  • Friendly and well-groomed appearance
  • Service-oriented with a keen sense for our guests’ needs
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Very good German language skills, additional languages are a plus

Cook (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Creative and careful preparation of traditional Italian dishes
  • Clean and appealing presentation of food
  • Responsible handling of food and kitchen equipment
  • Managing inventory, receiving goods, and proper storage
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace
  • Implementation and adherence to HACCP guidelines
Your Profile:
  • Professional experience as a cook, ideally with Italian cuisine
  • Passion for culinary perfection and attention to detail
  • Team spirit and initiative
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
